We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable individual to join us as a Warehouse Specialist; someone who can keep the flow of parts and materials running smoothly, support our engineers and technicians, and help us stay organized as we grow.

Duties and Responsibilities

This role is all about making sure the right parts are where they need to be — on time, every time. You’ll help to manage inventory, both physical and digital, assist with packaging for outgoing shipments, and receive incoming shipments following our standard protocol. Using our inventory system (Fishbowl Inventory), you’ll digitally track stock levels, flag reorder needs, and keep things organized and moving. You’ll work closely with project managers and the administrative department to ensure the proper flow of outgoing and incoming shipments, and maintaining appropriate levels of regularly stocked parts. When done well, this role helps us deliver reliable, high-quality parts to meet or exceed our customer’s expectations. 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Receive incoming materials, verify contents, and update inventory software appropriately.

  • Prepare and organize outgoing shipments, including packaging and documentation.

  • Oversee and maintain inventory records using Fishbowl Inventory Software.

  • Monitor stock levels and communicate when reordering is needed.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and inventory areas.

  • Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate and timely parts availability.

  • Assist with general shop support, as needed.

  • Capable of self-managing tasks, effectively and accurately, and eagerness to move on to the next task once completed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control.

  • Experience using inventory or warehouse software.

  • High level of experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a physical, hands-on environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organized work style.

  • Dependable, communicative, and team-oriented.

  • Must be willing to learn how to safely use table saws, miter saws, and drills.

Preferred Experience – Not Mandatory

  • Experience with Fishbowl Inventory software.

  • Prior work in a manufacturing or mechanical environment

  • Associate’s degree or related coursework

  • Able to drive a forklift
  • Experience building wooden crates using table saws, miter saws, and drills.

Physical Requirements

Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.

Work Schedule

Standard workdays are Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.
